Why recommissioning is different
Recommissioning starts with the real asset condition.
Recommissioning starts by establishing the actual condition of an existing asset rather than assuming new equipment. Idle, mothballed and previously operated facilities often contain unknowns that must be made visible before restart planning can be trusted.
