5. Contact forms
Contact form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Submissions may be stored in Netlify's systems and forwarded by email to Promacon.
6. Analytics and marketing
Google Analytics is used only after analytics cookie consent is given. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is used only after marketing cookie consent is given. If these choices are rejected, these services are not loaded.
7. Data sharing
Promacon does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers such as Netlify, and by Google Analytics or LinkedIn only when the relevant consent has been given.
For business prospects, Apollo.io and Microsoft 365 process data as described in section 9.
Netlify, Google Analytics and LinkedIn may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. Data retention
Enquiries and demo requests are kept up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until unsubscribe.
9. Business prospects
Promacon contacts professionals at engineering, construction and industrial companies about our engineering services (commissioning, start-up and process engineering) and about Promacon Completions, our commissioning software. We do this by email, in their professional role only.
Data we use: name, job title, company, work email address, country, public company information, and where we found the data.
Where it comes from: the Apollo.io business contact database, company websites, LinkedIn and public business registers. Our first email tells you the source.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We have weighed this interest against yours, and you can ask us for that assessment. We do not email personal mailboxes or sole traders, and we do not use tracking pixels or link tracking in these emails.
How long we keep it: if we have not contacted you, 24 months after we received the data. If we contacted you and you did not reply, 12 months after our last email. If you object, we keep only your email address and the date, so that we never contact you again.
Who receives it: Apollo.io (business contact database and email sending) and Microsoft 365 (email). Apollo.io is based in the United States; that transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
To stop: reply "no thanks" to any of our emails, or write to info@promaconengineering.com. We act on it the same day and will not contact you again.
10. Your rights
Visitors may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@promaconengineering.com.
You can object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing, including the emails described in section 9. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to the data protection authority in your country.
